Oatmeal Day - September 4

The benefits of oatmeal are plenty.
Be sure and start with the plain kind.
All those flavors also add sugar.
  • Reduces LDL cholesterol (the bad kind)
  • Aids in reducing sugar level spikes
  • Helps reduce heart disease
  • Source of protein
  • Contains Vitamin E, zinc, copper
Top with more good stuff.
Fresh fruit.
Cinnamon
