Trail Mix Day - August 31

A mix of high energy snacks that are easy to carry.
The name is give by the main use of eating while hiking.
You can make you own with your favorites:
  •  M&M'S®
  • Cheerios
  • Pretzels
  •  Sunflower seeds
  • Dried fruit
  • Wheat Chex
  • Rice Chex
  • Peanuts
  •  Hard cheeses
  • Dates
  • Oatmeal
  • Raisins
  • Nuts
  • All kinds of Granola
Stay away from anything too sticky or salty!
Put in ziploc bag and enjoy..
