Give Up Resolution Day - January 17th

Over 2 weeks ago you made a New Year's Resolution.
So how is it working out for you?

Still on task? Congratulations!!!!

Never really got started?

Today is the day you come to grips with reality.
  • Resolved to work out an hour a day? The reality: 20 minutes a day.
  • Resolved to cut out all sweets? The reality: one candy bar every Friday.
  • Don't eat out. The reality: Eat out once every two weeks.
Whatever you choose for a Resolution you can still keep it. Just amend it to a reality.
